Mid-Week Fishing Report: Dec. 28 – 30, 2019 (2 ½ days)

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

Week end´s tally (2 ½ days):

Note: this 2 1/2 days report is to rush last weekend’s conditions to our incoming anglers.

Jufaris in Dry-Zone N. East -: Yesterday afternoon we received two groups  ( Johnson and Henry are the leaders) in the Upper and Mid Jufaris Private Fishery, we do not have yet fishing data available for this report. Water levels are a bit high but very fishable, and dropping. Weather forecast shows bright sunshine in the coming days (see below).

Omero/Maú fishery in Dry-Zone N. East -: Last Saturday we received the Frederick group of 8 anglers. They had a nice start landing 440 peacock bass plus a varied mix in the basket including aruanas, pirarucus, etc.  Perversas and jigs are the best working lures, and there are several fly fishermen in the group. Forecast promises that they will be enjoying great fishing conditions in the coming days.

It is worth noting that eventhough the water cycle has been delayed this season, the fact of having several private fisheries in different dry-zones and our traditional mobility, has allowed us to offer our anglers the very best available water in the basin, proved once and again with good yields, and excellent feedback.
